Where the characteristics of the Regular version, including its lightweight or thinner construction, have been clearly disclosed, personal dissatisfaction with those disclosed characteristics does not by itself mean that the product is defective.

COLORING AND MARKER NOTICE

Merry Canvas products may be intended for coloring using markers or other coloring materials.

Ink may bleed through or transfer through the material.

Customers should always place an appropriate protective layer underneath the product while coloring.

This is particularly important when using:

  • Permanent markers

  • High-ink-flow markers

  • Alcohol-based markers

  • Other highly saturated coloring materials
